Hey Deb, want me to send rain your way? It's raining here and I (nor my chickens) are enjoying it!

It's cold and wet and I'm not happy!

I think we've had one day of sun in the last 4 weeks. The rain stopped, and now it's thick fog and 98% humidity for the last two days. I wished realllllly hard that the rain would go away, and my sister in San Diego said it was raining there 3 days ago, so I thought I was done. I guess not...

Nah...she just likes chicken people!

She has almost 40! I am so jealous.

I'm already working on DH to be ok when I bring home chicks from Debi's new Ameraucana's!!! The hen is a wheaten hen and the roo is a blue wheaten!! (true pure breds!!)

It was too dark to get pics by the time got home, but they are both GORGEOUS!!!!!

I was surprised how much prettier they were in person compared to the pics the seller had posted.

I put them in with the white leghorns, as they don't pick on new birds. This is the third round of newbies and they just act like they have been there all along.
