Yeah, ha ha ha, but seriously guys, that is SOOO dangerous. You know how many emergency room visits are due to significant injuries from stupid DIY-power-tool tricks?
The computer guys need to understand that while misusing a computer will not take off body parts, power tools can AND FREQUENTLY DO.
Having only seven fingers or one eye is going to put rather a dent in their keyboard proficiency
I love it! At least they are trying. And you know it takes them more effort than a more mechanically inclined person...just like I would rather walk barefoot on broken glass than try to work a Dream Weaver program or something of that nature. Sweet boys! (and this would be one for an OSHA training video or something)

OMG this sounds quite alot like me. Except add in the initiative to actually get things done. I spend significant hours at work making lists, doing mockups of various house projects on graph paper, researching EVERYTHING, redoing all the graph drawings, etc etc etc. But come time for the weekend, I've got my boots and gloves on and I'm out there with the saw.
BTW I am digging the computer geek picture. It was a pretty similar story when my computer geek guy pals helped me build our "temporary" coop and pen.
The coop is done! The coop is 8' wide, 8' long, 4' high on the north side, 3 1/2' high on the south side and 2 feet off the ground. 6 nest boxes, 2 roosts, hanging water and feeder. Will be adding a light to it later. Pretty darn good for computer geeks. I only have 10 chickens but my hubby said he wanted it big just in case I decide to get more.
Love that man!
The West side with pop door and two vent doors on each side. 1 big door for the cleaning out times.
The South side with two vent windows. Yes summers are hot and very humid here, need lots of ventilation.
The East side with two more side vent windows and another big door for clean out.
The roosting area.
The nest boxes
The north side (under the patio to protect from the elements)
