My husband doesn't eat eggs so I had it for lunch. It was so lovely....sunnyside up, cooked in butter, a little salt and pepper, served on a piece of soft buttered whole wheat bread.
PERFECT.

I got another one today, just as wonderful and 0.2 ounces bigger!
But your girl gave you such a HUGE egg---she probably needs a rest after that one!
