My Rouen duck was born. What is happening :(. Bad? will he live? What can I do!!!

Too soon to be out of the egg. The yolk sack is not absorbed. Keep the incubator closed so the humidity stays high and hope that the yolk is absorbed; not a good situation.
So here’s the update. I moved him into a container w dry towel. He’s moving but eyes closed. I tried giving him water…nope. He didn’t want.

I think they hatch out like that when they've been incubated in a high humidity. They try to hatch early because they want air to breathe.
For example: In Iowa, in the summer we have extremely high humidity, and it is really hard to breathe.
I imagine that's what the duckling was going through. My ducklings are never that wet when they hatch. Just a little damp and fluff up pretty fast.
