OMG!!! I think it's piping! Turkey people, HELP!!!! do i help it out?

I go the eggs of eBay and only three out of 8 were firtel one quite but I think I'll just buy the chicks at a hatchery there about 6-8 dollars but you have to get I min of 15 but it will be cheper in the long run but the lady I got the eggs from said her fertility droped so when it cools down she said she could send me more if I pay for shipping not sure which way to go. But I wanted them too because they go broody and there really good moms
