to make matters worse when i was collecting eggs today i got 4 big nice size white eggs they were nice and round and oh so wanting to get incubated!!

Speaking of fresh laid, I have already started contemplating popping my own eggs in the 'bator, once I have it and once the girls start to lay. lol

hey, just because my first hatch will be shipped eggs, and winter is here, doesn't mean I will quit!

ok, maybe I will...depends on how bad the winter gets, because I don't want a million chicks in my house all winter.

Alright, I candled.

Bator 1 on day 18 of course........2 EE mix eggs, one wasn't moving but I am hoping just taking a nap, the other very active. 7 Silkie eggs all look awesome and active!!! Water trays filled, mouse traps set (LOL) and it is shut.

I am not gonna survive this!!!!

Bator 2 on day 11.......

Looks like 6 alive and active La Fleche (one not as big or active however and I have always worried about this one). Turkens.....honestly still not sure. I see movement....I mean significant movement, but really no baby (hiding????), in 2, one I just can't tell, one I see a moving baby. The eggs aren't that dark but seem harder to really tell what is going on.
