She is stretching her neck out gasping for breath and wheezing. She periodically fling her head really hard and flaps her wings while she coughs, which is very watery sounding. Shes starting to close her eyes and im so scared!! What is it and what can i do to help her!!!

could have Gapeworm which is a type of worm that infests your chickens' breathing passages. When they get large enough, they can obstruct breathing. Respiratory symptoms can include gasping coughing, head shaking, difficulty breathing, rattling breath.

Also research Infectious Laryngotracheitis disease

She was fine then made a cough or almost vomit sound, thats when she started gasping for breath, which shes continued to do for the past hour. She also seems to have a squishy bulge down near her butt and a squishy crop too.

That has happened to our chicken once before but her crop was a little full, we just massaged her crop (which sounds weird but works) and got her to vomit what she was trying to swallow.

I would not massage the crop, because if it is full of food, she might vomit and choke, and make things worse.

It sounds more like a respiratory disease with the gasping, head shaking, and coughing. There are several to look at, some viruses, and some that are bacterial. Do you see any facial swelling or bubbles in either eye? Antibiotics are only effective against bacterial diseases, such as MG or coryza. Viruses such as infectious bronchitis or ILT will have to run their course over several weeks. Describe all symptoms. A vet can help with testing or antibiotics if needed. Here is a good link with symptoms of thise disease:

I was up with her all night while she struggled to breathe and she died this morning. Rest in peace Ugly
