When mine take too long, I start assisting. That can be dangerous too, though. It's a learning experience and I'm still very much a beginner myself, but I've found assisting to be what helps the most.

The chicks died. We had a “funeral” for them my grandson insisted. Lol.

We have 20 more eggs in the incubator so HOPEFULLY!!! they will hatch.

We have a turkey hen so we can sell her chicks so ,yes, we are going to try to incubate them again.

Today a turkey hatched! YAY! It is alive and moving around the incubator. It is panting a bit should I lower the temp a bit?

This morning there is only one chickie and the others don't have internal pips and they are not moving around so we might have to get him a chicken friend.
