OMG! Our first Egg

The first chicken shown, looks like a Rhode island Red. I noticed around her eyes, they are red like my young hen, who is about two and a half months. I thought she had an infection or scrape, as well as a scrape on or off to the side of said eye .

If my hen has a scrape and red around her eye, what can I apply??
