If she's puffed up and has blood in her droppings, you have very litte time to get her on Corid or Sulmet- at the puff-up stage, cocci can kill them very quickly.
It's possible the eye and the cocci-type symptoms are unrelated to each other, but the treatment may help both things. You HAVE to get her on meds QUICK or get her to a vet who can tell you what it is- she needs some care pronto.
