OMG RUN...THE CHICKENS ARE LOOSE!

sorry,,,couldn't resist. But anyway...The girls are 5 weeks old today, and as a birthday present, we let em out for the first time. Probably a bit to soon, but the weather was nice, I had nothing going on anyway...so if one decided to take me for a run, I was ok with it.

But low and behold, there were no issues. Let them stay out for about an hour, then made em chase me back to the coop cause I pulled out the mealworm bucket.

The silkies are a bit older...We were told they were 2 weeks older then the ones we had. But I'm thinking they might be a little bit older than that. Oh well...they all get along nice either way.
