Hey I do sympathize. It has happened to me at work.

One of the strangest things I've seen was several years ago I took my mom to the grocery store and
sat outside watched some ditzy woman trying to get her hummer out of the parking lot and just
drove over the hood of an old lady's car in the handicapped area.

She stopped, looked back at the trashed car and just took off. I gave the tag number
to the old lady and the police with a description of the hummer and driver.
