OMG! they're peeping in the Eggs!

I have two sets of 3 eggs in two mini bators that were set two day apart. Today is day 20 for the first one and the other is on day 18 but I started hearing the first group actually peeping from the inside of the egg!

Is this normal and that they're getting ready to break out? I'm so nervous!

First timers are like this ,right? It gets better each time after? With the second set due Sunday AND....I have a dozen assorted Banties in my new Hova-bator due on March 26th! PLEASE tell me it gets easier????
