OK so I posted the other day that one of my 16 week old pullets had laid our first egg. Here is the pic

Well tonight I cracked the egg and this was what was inside!

That bowl is only 4 inches wide!! Isn't that so cool!!!!

yummy! I just can't believe our first one was a double yolk! It's like the cherry on top!

Double yolkers are great! I have had 12 eggs so far that were double yolkers, and hope to keep counting them. (Since May '07)
