Two are out, and not yet dried off. When I arrived at work yesterday morning there were little holes in the shells, but they didn't make much progress all day. But this morning one was already out, and I got to see the other one burts out of its little shell. The eggs are not in the same position they were in when I left last night, one of the eggs is all the way against the wall. It'll be hard to see any shell cracking. Very exciting.
The other three eggs Have not yet pipped, How long do I leave the other two cheeping babies in there? Not sure when the first one hatched out. Day 21 was yesterday, Tues the 23rd. Saw one pip monday around 4:00 p.m. before I left work, and one Tuesday morning.
With new babies it's like you forget everything you've read. I know not to open that incubator, but I don't know if I'll get much work done today with being able to hear them moving around and cheeping in there...
Here is a bator window/nursery photo of the two hatchling mutts.
