Omlet Eglu during the winter months?

How is cleaning the Eglu in a cold environment. I'm in NJ and it can get quite cold in Jan and Feb and and worried about the cleaning part during week long sub freezing temps. How to I clean it down during those months?

It may be problematic as may be environmental controls in our climate. Any possibility of constructing a coop?

I like the idea of being able to move the Eglu around the yard easily and love how easily it seems to be cleaned in the warmer months. Doesn't seem like its meant to be though. And I honestly don't think constructing one is realistic at this point. Oh well.
