on day 18 and counting down

I have about 11 buff orpington eggs in the bator

.. started out 14 but 3 didnt develop

.....but anyway i candled day 18 and all look good

... so the countdown as started... looked at the bator this morning ( day 19) and cant wait till wednesday ugh.. cant wait

Day 19 here. Only 4 of our 12 eggs developed.

Really tense time. If 3 eggs did not develop, out of 14, then thats pretty good going! Good luck!!!!

We are on the same timeline!
This is my first attempt at incubation-
Out of 15 Buff Cochin eggs, we have 12 that seemed to be developing and they are now in lockdown. They are in a LG with forced air. I have opened both plugs and hum right now is at 79%- I am a little concerned that that is too high but I would have to open the bator to adjust...

"tick took tic took" time goes slower when you have eggs hatching. am i right or am i right

You are right. Although this second hatch has gone by MUCH faster than the first for us.

went out to the shop this morning and just took a glance in the bator and saw a broken egg and saw a little buff orp in the corner.....and saw another one has pipped... i hate that i have to leave to go to work so hopefully they will be OK till 4:30 est.... i hope they will be ok...
