the smartest thing I saw posted so far was the person who suggested you hand feed by the bowl and gradually make your way into the bowl. Like we do when we bottle feed calves!! Brilliant! No, he doesn't look like a chihuahua but who cares? He is soooo cute.
I have five dogs in the house ..one is a chi and 4 Shih-Tzu and three(including the chi) refuse to go outside if it is raining, snowing, wind blowing.......... drives me nuts
