That is so cool! Thank you so much for sharing! I knew honey was better than sugar but I didn’t know how much better. I gotta do more research on that! At my vet clinic we had medical grade sugar but never used honey.

Do you know the difference between medihoney and medihoney gel? Walmart sells medical grade honey in a tube but it’s not gel. I’ve only ever used local honey in a jar so I’m clueless.

The gel is very very thick, not like a gel at all really but it doesnt contain anything that could disrupt internal healing. I would say if medihoney and medihoney gel are both treated medical grade honeys they are the same, but I'd have to look on the box to be certain. I liked the tube because I knew it was remaining uncontaminated.
