This is my first batch, I saw my very first pip at 3PM Saturday afternoon and I see no other improvement on the same egg( 16 hours have passed). should I worry or help the hatching process? Any ideas or suggestion? Thanks in advance,

On this hatch it seems like they are pipping, then resting for up to 12 hours. Then they zip all the way around in less than an hour and push the top off. Then they sit in the egg carton held egg and squawk while they get strong enough to push themselves out.

They've all made it. But I am seeing pips go to zip in less than 24 on most of them.

Enjoy your hatch!
