My SS were shipped yesterday afternoon from Ohio. Should be getting a phone call later today or early tomorrow.

It's Thursday morning, 6:40 to be exact. I find myself starring at the phone. I SHOULD get a phone call from the post office this morning (I hope). Or perhaps later this afternoon.

My little girls are in a shipping box somewhere, and I need to find them soon!

Just got back from the PO. Got the call at 7:45. One didn't make it.

I have 5 little wobbly chicks in their brooder.

I will wait until they acclimate before snapping pix.

Come on... it's been like 4 hours. Haven't they acclimated enough for a few photos yet? ;-)

That reminds me. I should find the real camera before our babies arrive next week. I tend to use my phone for photos but it doesn't capture the detail one needs for new baby chicks.

My fuzzies came today too! Mine came from Texas. No casualties, but 1 with a broken leg. I'm hoping he/she will heal ok. One of my turkey poults broke its leg when it was tiny and you'd never know it now that he's 3 months old.
