On what day should I call the hatch done?

This is my first time hatching eggs. I set a dozen eggs and had 2 hatch on day 21. It is now day 24. Is the hatch over? How long do people usually wait? They are marans eggs so candleing hasnt worked very much.

I would say the hatch is over . I usually give 3 days past due date before I get rid of the eggs.
