One-a-day for chickens??

Can I grind up a person's one a day vitamin to put in my chicken's water??

You should NOT give your chicken IRON (Ferrous whatever). You can look at the vitamine bottle, but I bet it has iron in it.

I didn't figure it would be very safe. My tractor supply was out of course when I want them. I think I have something I got from Mcmurray in the barn.. Thanks for the replies!!
