One baby with no feathers (down) around its neck????

35 cute babies in this morning from MM (easter morning). All in good health but one hen has nothing around its neck--nude--is it ok or should I cull it---dont want to affect the others if its sick---Help

Sounds like you got a "free and rare" Turken. A breed of chicken that naturally has a naked neck! Congrats on the little guy.
