We have a dozen 3 week old keets. Today one started picking at the others to the point it injured one of the smaller bird's foot. Any suggestions?

I have had a few "bully" keets. I'm no expert, but I removed the aggressive keet and put it in a box by itself, with food and water, for about 5 days. When I reintroduced it to the bunch, it was fine then. You might try that and see if it works. I would keep removing it until the aggression stops. Also, is your area too small for your keets? I would be sure they have plenty of space to run around. A friend of mine put a few ping pong balls in the pen so they could entertain themselves. :)
