One chick doesn't look like the others...

10 weeks ago I got 5 Asian Blacks at Rural King. Three are near identical. One has some coloring on her chest, but fifth one looks very different. Still an Asian Black, or something else? Also do I have a pullet or a cockerel? Bird middle of pecking order in a flock of 12. Super sweet.
