One chick smaller & limping

We've had our chicks for a little over a month; the barred rocks were 1 week old when we got them and are about 5 weeks now. One of them is much smaller than the other but she's been eating and active and the other chicks (we have 6 total) don't bother her other than some normal walking over each other. 2 days ago I noticed she was limping. She's not using her left leg much but she is able to get around and is eating and drinking. I put electrolytes in their water and we're going to give her a box so she'll be a little safer from them trampling her. Any idea of why she's not growing, and could the limping be related, and is there anything else we should do about the limping?

The box is a good idea. She may pick up in growth later.

The left leg looks smaller than the right one?
