One chicken seems scared of my other 2

One of my chickens is acting scared of my other 2. She is also less active lays around a lot and I don't know if she is eating or drinking. She stays away from my other 2 and seem depressed and the places that are suppose to be red seems gray and she is always stands like this

She looks sick, but not sure as to cause. You mentioned not knowing if she eats or drinks... put her somewhere by herself and give her food and water to see if she will eat and drink, or if she is choosing not to.

She probably not going to make it she is on her side and not eating at all I had to force water

Now one of my other chickens were panting tonight so I'm worried she's getting sick now

How hot is it? Do they have deep shade and extra water available all day if it is hot?

They always have 2 waterers and they have shade

And I put waterer in coop with them at night and change water at least 3 times a day

Have there been any other changes lately? Like a new bird added, another bird passing, change in feed, etc?

Also how long have you had these birds and do you know how old they are?
