One chicken won't lay

So I have this one hen who just doesn't lay, I was wondering if it's commen. Or if there's something wrong with her. She eats and drinks the same as all the other chickens but she's always been a bit behind.

How old is the hen. If she is young, it just may take her some time to start laying.

She's about a year and a half shes the same age as all the others

No she's never layed

Seems to me that if she was going to lay that she would have started by now. There are always exceptions to the rules though. I've never heard of a hen never laying. Keep us posted.
