One day old baby silkie chick has an eye problem

I’ve just bought a group of baby silkies, but I recently noticed that one of them has a problem with it’s left eye. It’s all dry and does not have any chick fluff on it, and it stayed closed. I don’t know how to solve this, so if anyone can tell me what to do, please help. Also, these chicks are all a day old. I’ve added an image of it as well

I would investigate it further. I cannot tell what is wrong, possibly a scab or the eye may be sealed from drainage or egg shell material. I would wet the eye with warm water, and try to open the eye. Plain Neosporin or Triple Antibiotic Ointment, or Vetericyn eye gel would be good ro put into the eye.
