one dead, another sick, feathers missing, please help!

I have 3-4 week old RIR pullets and yesterday one was missing some feathers and got weak and died. NOw today another and its not as week, but all its back feathers are gone! Whats going on?

How much space do you have in the brooder? Sounds like maybe they are stressed and someone has taken to picking on the others.
