My last offer was so successful it's taken me months to fill all the orders - now I'm offering them again.

O.K. you know there's a catch. My flock of BC Marans are from Jesse Bryant's line (C1 Wade Jeane). I've subsequently bought all of Jesse's birds (the parent stock) and am now selling eggs and chicks from the parent stock (Jesse's birds). So, I've turned my original BC Marans flock loose and they have gone back to freeranging. There are days I don't let them out at all and other days I don't let them out till end of day just to keep "purity"going. So there is the possibility that another roo could get to one of the females but so far the two BCM roos are doing a great job of keeping their girls way off to one side of the farm and chasing off any roo that dares come close. So, you may get a "surprise". But at $20 per dozen, including shipping it's worth the risk.

So if you want a great deal on BC Marans eggs and are willing to risk surprises Paypal is [email protected] $20 total. First dozen can go out tomorrow with a dozen every three days. I'll also include a bonus egg for free from Jesse's flock.

Here's some of the parents:

Ok I am a little confused, what breeds are the other roosters, that may or may not impregnate the marans?

Yes, they are all feathered legged. No problem with asking - that's how you learn. Most people on here are familiar with Jesse's flocks so I didn't give all the details like I normally would.

Feathered leg, C1 Wade Jeane Line, most with amber eyes, some with black eyes. Two roos and 7 hens plus a few of their offspring who just started laying.

I only need 7 eggs. Will you still have some for me? And thanks for answering my question:D

Anybody's guess. I have over a hundred birds of every breed and they all free range except for this flock of Marans which have been in a breeder pen for several months and just now getting to return to freeranging and, of course, my premier flock of Marans I bought from Jesse (they stay in a breeder facility/house).

These Marans still return to their own coop/pen to lay their eggs. But, yes, there could and probably will be some mixed breeds - but hey, the price is right.

You sure you only want 7? I guess I could take a few dollars off for only 7 but you know that with shipped eggs that they don't all hatch? Most are reporting 5-9 hatched out of 12.
