I am sorry to hear that. I tried to incubate Ancona duck eggs this spring and it was AWFUL.
I borrowed the incubator from a teacher I know who loans out a few every year when she does incubation in her class. She said, after I brought it back heartbroken, that she "had a student clean them out for the first time this year" and they all had a 0% hatch rate. She assured me that she would not have students who were staying after school as punishment "help" with important tasks like the incubators anymore.
Even if it had gone well, I was a wreck. I think I'll leave the incubating to my ducks and hens, if they ever go broody.
