7 out of 8 eggs hatched yesterday. My hen is still sitting on the one egg left. When I picked it up I felt something thud in it but no movement. Should I take the egg away or leave it a while longer? Also should I leave the chicks with mom or bring them in the house under a light? This is my first ever hatch so I'm questioning everything.

I'd suggest leaving the egg under momma. Chicks can survive for at leat 36hours without access to food or water. They will be fine (I have put some food and water in an ice-cube tray in the past, but its not essential)
