one egg not hatching

I hope so too, I'm a crazy worry wart too. I waited until the last hatched one dried before I opened the incubator. I had 1 pip internally and couldn't pip externally and 2 that didn't pip internally. I feel bad, but I didn't want to lose the rest of the piped ones.

i took the last two that hatched overnight out this morning and put them into the brooder, thought that was it but checked the last egg and saw him bumping so know he was still alive and getting ready to hatch, heres hoping that while i was at work he pipped for me, would greatly settle my stomach down
