One egg pipping!

I have 2hatched and2 doing nothing, no pip or chirp. The 1 was pipped for almost 24 hours before it hatched. I Wish these would at least pip so I knew there were some hope

This is the 1st time I'm using 1. I wish there was a way to lower it without having to take the whole thing out of the pen. The chicks got cool While I was trying to adjust the height.

I wouldn't worry too much, they're not always under mama when hatched by hens

 Still no pip from last egg. My brooder plate is out for delivery. My brooder should be here Monday. I'm thinking the last egg is dead. I'm afraid it's going to explode in my incubator.
