One eye closed and lethargic 4 week Australorp

Thank you for your informative response! The vet recommended no Corid for now, since, Cocci is not the problem. But, I'm glad I have it on hand now, if it comes up in the future.
I'm managing to hold her every few hours and can get her to drink the medicated water from my hand to make sure she's getting it in her. I just hold my hand so her beak tip rests in in the cracks between my fingers and use an eye dropper to make a little stream.
She is mostly the same today though. Her eye is swollen and she is very unhappy and losing weight. It's very sad. I wish I could do more. She seems extra sad to not be with the other two, but they are so active, I worry she will get run over or have a difficult time at the feeder.
I put her with them at night to sleep together, but during the day, there's just too much commotion. I hope I'm doing the right things.
Is there a way to have her in with the other two but separated with some sort of fence that they can all see each other through? Poor baby, I hope she pulls through!

I put her back with the other two, and have been offering all sorts of treats, brought in a pile of weeds with dirt and roots to dig through. I don't want to jinx it, but it seems like her eye is slightly less inflamed than before and she has perked up, been pecking about a bit more, and when I gave her water just now, her head wasn't just drooping sadly into my hand, and I had to use a spoon.
Was looking around the internet for the most best fatty treats (she can eat ice cream for all I care, if it's ok for her, just want her to get some calories and fat back)
I tried a little bit of gouda cheese, and they all pretty much lost their minds. I don't want to give too much though, because my sense is that it's ok in a very small quantity.
Any more tried and true, chickens go crazy over it kind of treats y'all can suggest? (stuff I would have in the kitchen.)
This whole ordeal is honestly making me not want to eat chicken again...anybody else find that once they started keeping chickens, they actually lost an appetite for it? Just observing how much they seem to depend on each other and how sensitive they seem to be...

Chick starter is nutritionally balanced, that should be what is the main focus for her.
Scrambled egg makes a nice treat.
X2. Make sure that her feed is the majority of her diet, since it has all of the nutrients. Add a little water to it. Egg (scrambled soft bits) are good. Too many different things can cause more problems.

Just wanted to update, and let folks know that she is doing well, but her eye is the same, if not worse. Finished up the Tylosin Powder, still putting the Cipro drops in her eye, and flushing her eye twice a day with Saline. I've been feeding her Greek yogurt the last couple of days after hearing that might help.
She's perky, drinking, and eating, but her eye looks terrible. She's doing well otherwise, so I'm just treating her like normal, and hoping she eventually fights off the infection or whatever is going on. Doesn't seem like there's anything else I can do.
(Her feathers are wet from the saline wash, it doesn't appear to weep or have any discharge.)

Her eye looks some much more swollen. There may be pus around the eye that needs to come out. You can try to squeeze it out in 1 or 2 sessions. Then clean the eye with saline eye wash. Here is a graphic video of getting pus out of the eye:

Hi @Eggcessive I've seen you post this upsetting video in many, many, threads. Are you telling me to squeeze my chicken's eyeball and hope that pus comes out? It is her actual eyeball that has the infection, not her eyelid or on the side of her eye. I've seen many videos on coryza, eye, worm, and the like. There is no bump or sack of fluid or pus. The vet said that it was infection from a cut, peck, or something that got in her eye. The vet that I took her to definitely did not recommend squeezing her eyeball in the hopes to get pus out like a zit.
I'll keep doing the cipro drops, saline washes, and yogurt. She is getting better, it is just taking time.

Well whatever it was in her eye, it came out tonight during her saline washing tonight.
Sharing for...science, and in case anyone else deals with this.

This is the side that was facing the inside of her eye.

This was the side facing outside.

It was hard to get a picture of her with her eye open yesterday, but I'm sharing it to show the white eye that was that off white colored thing facing out from the second picture.

I think she's gunna make it now! She might end up a one eyed wonder, but that'd ok by me. Makes her the witchiest chicken I ever met, all black and australorp-y.
Please don't squeeze your chicken's eye. Do regular eye washes, antibitotics, probiotics, and feed them well, be patient, don't force anything unless your vet instructs you to do so. If something needs to come out, and you wash
