One eye closed, head down, lethargic

Have you tried to look into her eye for any foreign debris? If nothing found but redness or swelling is evident. I would put some triple antibiotic ointment (like neosporin) in & around her eye. If her eye is irritated or hurting her, the ointment can only help/not hurt. (Don't use cream or if has an added pain reliever). Vitamins/electrolytes can't hurt. (I use Sav-a-chick. Watch her closely for any new systems.

It might be worth while getting a plastic drinker and putting acv in it for a week once a month. It is very good for hens digestive tract and condition. I only give extra minerals and vitamins when they are moulting or looking a bit under the weather. They also normally get a mash once or twice a week that has natural yoghurt in it they go wild for it especially if you add some sweetcorn!

Thank you for the advice, that sounds like a good idea. Next time I'm at Tractor Supply I will pick up a plastic drinker and do the acv.

The eye that is closed - have you taken a look or noticed unusual sensitivity (e.g. Shine a light does she turn away)?
Perhaps is infected or injured.

I was finally able to get a good look at it, after bringing out some food to her. She opened her eye so she could get a good look to see what I was bringing her. Then she closed it back again after she noticed it was just regular food and not treats, lol. It looked slightly more pinker than the other one that is open. Not just in one spot but the entire eyeball.

I will try some neosporin, thank you.

Hi. So sorry, I voice-to-texted my last post and Siri got it wrong. I was trying to say she might be heading into molt.
Now that you’ve identified an eye issue, I would gently rinse with sterile eye wash. Veterycin also makes eye drops and eye ointment (I think) that might be beneficial.

No worries. Thank you! :)
