One eye closed

I have a Rhode Island Red that has one eye closed. There is no oozing, scratches, redness or swelling. When I open the lids her eye is a cloudy white color. Other than that she seems fine. Any suggestions on what this is or how to fix it? Thanks in advance!

Was she born like that - or have you just discovered it lately. Does it appear she can see otherwise?
