One hen consistently lays thin shells

We had a RI red that started laying thin or no shell eggs her second year, fed Purina Oyster shell mixture and she was a good eater. However, she started eating her eggs, Our Buffs all lay good hard shelled eggs and seem much happier with her gone. She had also started bullying all the other hens.
