One hen had bloody vent and other has bloody diarrhea with probably worm! Help!

You could give her chilled pieces of coconut oil to lubricate and soften the poop. Give her another 10 minutes to soak in a warm bath. Towel her dry and then use disposable gloves, lubricate your finger and try to loosen and then get out some of the stuck poop.
A vet could examine her closer and determine if there is a tumor growing or whatever it is obstructing her vent area.

I checked on her now and when sticking out the thing looks like this and when sitting in nest she has this position with her tail up

She made a poop, even thinner "snake"... The poop on her sticking out insides has dried and couldn't get peeled off. Seems like after each poop, the drying part has been slowly blocking the exit. After trying to put insides back in, she kept pushing them out and a part of it was bloody mess. We decided to cull her...

I know it must have been a very hard decision to make but maybe it is for the best, this way she will no longer have to be suffering with whatever the problem was. You did the best you could under the circumstances
