One hen is eating eggs including my duck eggs!!!

My year old New Hampshire got caught eating a duck egg. Also I have noticed a decrease in egg production. They free range all day and have layer feed all day long. How should I handle this?

Try putting fake eggs (wood or plastic) in the nest boxes.
