One Hen picks at One other hens toes tell they bleed whats up????

I have one barred rock hen that picks at my isos middle toe until it bleeds she almost picked clean through one toe. Is she low on a something in her feed or what

Separate them immediately!

for good or just until she heal up. The picking hen will open the wound up just before it heals compelety.
