One hen

I started out with 4 Rhode island reds, 3 aged out, leaving one behind, it's been over 8 months with this one hen. She no longer lays and is by herself. Should I find her a new home or leave her by herself?

I would get her some company and keep her. But if you can’t I would re- home her to somewhere she’ll be happier. No offense
