Ordered one, thanks!I wouldn't trust any of them. I've been through this. Multiple thermometers and none agreed. I had one that was accurate but I didn't trust it because it didn't agree with the others.
It was a Brinsea Spot Check, but until I got a guaranteed accurate and calibratable Thermoworks RT301WA that agreed perfectly with the Spot Check I had no idea what to do.
Those two thermometers took care of my eggs/chicks for about 2 years and now I've found another that I love.

You need a smart phone to monitor it.
None of those three thermometers will break the bank and one can be bought for less than all the other crappy ones you have now.
Even incubator controls are notorious for being wrong.
If I had a medical grade therm I would just use it.Have you calibrated any of your thermometers against a medical grade one?
Here's an article explaining how:

If you don't mind, when you get it set up I would be curious how those others compare in their readings.Ordered one, thanks!
We don’t have a Walmart here - but I ordered a six pack of $5 therms and have readings all over the place.
The four expensive ones I bought don’t agree with each other either.
Buying cheap thermometers is a waste of time and money.
