One Incubator 7 thermometers No consensus

What is the temperature in the incubator?

I wouldn't trust any of them. I've been through this. Multiple thermometers and none agreed. I had one that was accurate but I didn't trust it because it didn't agree with the others.
It was a Brinsea Spot Check, but until I got a guaranteed accurate and calibratable Thermoworks RT301WA that agreed perfectly with the Spot Check I had no idea what to do.
Those two thermometers took care of my eggs/chicks for about 2 years and now I've found another that I love.

You need a smart phone to monitor it.

None of those three thermometers will break the bank and one can be bought for less than all the other crappy ones you have now.
Even incubator controls are notorious for being wrong.

Another thought for anyone having the same problem (which I've been through)....go to Wal-Mart and in the aquarium section they have $3 glass thermometers...they are usually all reading the same temperature so grab a few of the ones that are all reading the same. It's a fast solution when you need it.
