One is getting his head pecked

We got 4 peeps 10 wks ago, three were roosters and one was a pullet. We found a home for one and we are working on a home for one more roo. In the mean time one has starting pecking the others head, now the pullet is pecking him?
What do I do?
Will the pullet stop pecking him once he is healed and the other roo is gone?

We have separated the injured roo from the others, he is eating and drinking...

I used a dab of pine tar on one of my chicks and it stopped the pecking, you can find it at your local farm supply store. It's sticky and smelly, but it works, just a dab! Try not to get it in his eyes!
