One (ish) day old chick lethargic, diarrhea, laying with wings out, opening and closing mouth repeatedly.

One day old chick, not sure what kind, she is panting, drank water out of my hand but was basically asleep while she did, diarrhea twice in ten mins, empty crop, repeatedly opening and closing mouth. When I touch her sides behind her wings she(or he) chirps loudly. When I put back down in the brooder box she jumped a few times.
We just switched to this pine bedding today. I found her laying under the brooder.
We already lost one that hatched today so I am hoping will be ok

Give the wee one some warm sugar water with a pinch of salt and baking soda by eye dropper. Diarrhea is a very bad indicator that this chick will likely die, probably of dehydration unless you replace the fluids it's losing.

It has already passed, I got it to drink a little but it would barely open its eyes thank you for your reply.
