Thanks to all who answered for the help. She did not make it through the night.

I'm sending her to a vet for the autopsy to determine exactly what happened.

I bought the safeguard and will give it to the rest of the flock.

After giving the de-wormer to the chickens last night. I noticed a mite on my arm after I came inside. I've inspected the birds in many different spots and haven't seen any, but it's pretty obvious it came from them as the mites don't attach to people( or so I've read).
Will treat for mites also.
