First off, I wanted to thank everyone, I have learned so much from reading your threads on this forum and website, it's been a big help! So on with my question....

I had three chicks various breeds, all 4-5 weeks old, all still in our brooder box. We noticed bloody poos on Saturday and after some research on cocci, first thing Sunday (yesterday) morning I went out and got Corid and gave it to the girls. I used calculations from this thread to give the exact amount they would need by dropper instead of adding it to their water (since they tend to spill their water and aren't big drinkers to begin with)
Sunday, we also noticed our Golden Wyandotte acting VERY lethargic and not moving much or eating, the other two acted fine. I wasn't too worried because I figured once the medicine was in them they would get better.
But, this morning (Monday) we woke to find our Wyandotte had passed. So first thing, I gave the other two gals their Corid dose and now I have cleaned and disinfected the brooder box.
Now however, our Production Red, who acted fine yesterday, is now acting lethargic and not moving much. This after two days of Corid in her system! I am worried that since she is acting the way our Wyandotte acted before passing that she's done for too!

So what I am wondering is how long after Corid do you see results? Is it normal to still have them getting sicker after taking the medicine? When can I expect the bloody poos to stop and the girls to get better (if they make it that far)? Is there anything else I can do for our Production Red to help her pull through?

Thanks for the advice, I am definitely saddened over the loss of a chick and the possibility of losing another one. I appriciate your responses.
